Diario de Wicked Step Monster, 10 abr. 11

The scale did not budge this morning. The funny thing is, that before I stepped on the scale, I knew I had not lost any. My carb count was perfect, but I could have drank more water and not eaten such a heavy amount of meat. I am going to offset yesterdays heaviness with nice salads and PLENTY of H20.

Although there was disapointment with the scale, it is great for me to weigh everyday so that I can adjust as necessary!
131,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 42,6 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.

I like to weigh everyday too - its nice to know when your body is gaining b/c of lack of diet/exercise, or if its just a fluctuation. For me, that's the only way I can accurately monitor my body.
