Diario de Simavision, 23 jun. 09

So the mini upflux is done, now moving down again. If Only .5, I will take that as a victory. That means 6lbs in a little over a week, and I have not been at all obsessive. I did resist the urge of the Chik-fil-a shake at work yesterday. They have a baby one now which was tempting, but I had whipped cream and grapes instead :) Today my hubby is taking me too lunch for our anniversary. Dunno how good I will be as it is somewhere I have never been before and I tend to like to try stuff at new places :) Mr. C is hanging out and TOM is supposed to be here in a few days so I think I am doing pretty darn good :)
