The Body Whisperer

Look Mom, no hands! This week I feel like I have been promoted and broke some limiting barriers as I have become "The Body Whisperer".

Meaning: "I am listening to cues that my body is willingly whispering as it sends me signals about the nourishment, exercise, and the rest my body requires to give me the best energy to live my life. I now choose to tune in and listen!"

From our first breath here to our very last, we will find infinite opportunities to appreciate and care for ourselves and others.

Today The Coach should be a Happy Papi...OH HAPPY DAY!
