Disappointed I’ve not lost anything this week (can’t really count .2lb as a loss!) but I do feel slimmer and better in myself so not going to let the scales dictate my state of mind. Hopefully I’ll see the loss I want this week 🤞🤞🤷♀️ last week of dry January too ☺️
