I have found the easiest way for me to manage and lose weight was to make half my plate vegetables. I also eat way less processed carbs then most people do. There are still days where I will enjoy and have chips and dip or something though. But honestly I feel better without all the excess of them. Also I do not eat anything within a few hours of bedtime. I also drink mainly water that way I have more room to eat my calories
