Having a new baby boy was full of joy and excitement. Being off work for 3 months was even more exciting. UNTIL I weighed in on NewYears Eve. I went into the New Year saying baby weight will not define me. 10lbs down . I will continue to make small goals to reach my ultimate goal 💪😊

I’m proud of you having this level of determination so early. TMI but I would express and freeze extra milk and the weight rolled off with milk for caretakers when I went back to work. Comgrats!

I am also fairly new! I had trouble with gestational diabetes and insulin tolerance after pregnancy so here I am trying to work on that!
