Starting to get worried, seem to have awaken some of my fat cell. Now they crave CARBS! My best bet is to eat then in small, small amounts or not at all. My body must be in transition mode...get a grip Hoffner and do it NOW!

You can do it! Are you still in weight loss or maintaining? I still have lbs to lose and am beginning to crave sweets. I probably am consuming too many artificial sweeteners to satisfy it.
