Diario de Chickstr, 29 mar. 11

Well alot has happened since my last weigh in. The holidays rolled around, I moved to California and I lost my job. And through all that I only gained 3 lbs since my last weigh in. I have also decided that I think 130lbs is to low for me at my age. I'm starting to work out again and my new goal will be 140lbs maybe 135lbs depending on how I look & feel. Now its not about being skinny but about looking healthy. Wish me luck all around.
66,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 3,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
