Always satisfying to see the weight go. I have revised my goal down by another 10kg, the new goal weight is closer to what I should be for my height. Feeling good, still sticking with the low carb eating. The supplements I take keep me healthy. They have announced that the Queensland border will open on the 13th and that makes me happy, locking people out of their own home state is wrong on so many levels. My immune system is ready.

Yes I've been caught up in the mess but not as bad as some. My dear mum-in-law passed away in hospital earlier this year, we couldn't be with her due to lockdown and that really sucked. I have medical contraindications and can't get an exemption for the 💉, the Drs are just not willing to do it. I work in a theme park and now they are demanding we get the 💉 to keep our jobs, so it's back to the Dr again to see if he can at least give me a medical certificate.

I’m a doctor. No matter how fit anyone is, covid can make you very unwell and change things really quickly. Drs would only suggest medical exemption for a clinically recognised contraindication, otherwise global health advice is to get vaccinated and protect yourself and others. Take care
