Diario de Rochellena, 23 mar. 11

Did great today! Couldn't go outside for a walk, but did some free weight exercises, and I plan to do more before bed. Stayed within my calorie limit even after eating at the in-laws. I probably didn't need the second piece of garlic bread, but at least I didn't have a third. This is the first time in a few months that I have actually felt proud of myself, and that motivates me to do so much more.
82,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 12,4 kg.    Aún para ir: 26,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
