Here my own challenge for the month - up to May 16th
- Max goal: <68 kg - Target: 68 kg - Minimum: 70 kg
My true hope is to lose -as much as possible in the healthy way- by May 16th. Realistically, I might probably be able to go to 68.
I MUST make it happen, and I surely will. Just watch!
