So I tried not running yesterday for reasons described in a previous post. One day is not a good sample size, but so far I determined that I’m just as tired without running, so it’s not necessarily worsening my adrenal fatigue. I will probably keep it up but keep looking into it on an intellectual and intuitive basis. There is not a lot of research on the matter so I mostly just have to figure out what works for me I guess.
