Waist 104 cm 41 inches. Weighed earlier today tjan yesterday hence the weight difference. More important is being 1 inch down on the waist in 1 day. This shows the bloating caused by carbs is being reversed. This is is only day 3 (2 days elapsed) of zero carb OMAD lifestyle.
