No movement on the scale...guess I should be happy I havent gained weight.
I know it's my own fault....yes, Ive had alot of stress.....yes, had a lot going on..but it's ultimately MY choices that have stopped my progress.

Emotional eating, not making time to exercise, not handling my stress better...it's all on me.

I did a 3 mile walk last night, and I have been eating right 100% the past 2 days, trying to get myself back on the good track I was on for so long when I lost 3lbs a week for 6 weeks or so. I want that again.

It's o.k. to recognize you could have made better choices, but don't punish yourself for them either. You're human. You're going to make choices you don't like sometimes. And it's o.k. Recognize it, resolve to make better ones, and let go of the guilt, because it does nothing to help your stress levels. You're beautiful, and you're doing a wonderful job.

you are right where I am, and I'm struggling too. It's getting MUCH harder than ever before. My body is fighting me tool and nail, but I'm going to win over it !! :)

I'm thinking it's because I've been going off my normal WOE and skipping my exercise....I really hope to be back losing steadily since I am back on it. Also I am ONE pound away from being "overweight" and it seems when I get to a milestone I have little patience for seeing no result lol

Don't worry I flat lined for a couple months! I just had to figure out what I had to adjust and now I'm off again. You'll get there and it is possible. Sometimes the best behavior needs to happen for a few weeks before you get to see the results of your strife.

walking can build muscle too, and I'm dealing with that weight - even though I look good ;) I want to see that scale keep going down.

You can do it, @NJ! Add to that: you need to find a way to de-stress. The hormone cortisol can really mess things up. Hot bath, meditation, yoga... anything that gets those stress levels down will help tons!!! You've GOT THIS! You've come so far. You can do this!

Rob, normally not giving a flying fuck is my way to handle stress when possible lol....but with my mothers emotionally torturing me and the news of my father being dead, I am thinking I handled it better than I thought lol.

You can get back. I was out for like a year. And I'm back! Just keep it in the backburner if you need to, and never lose sight of your goal.
