I wish i could manage to get below 130... been trying for two months :(
59,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Don't give up. The good weather is coming. Go out and work in the garden or walk around the neighborhood.

I find that exercise makes the difference between being able to lose weight or not. Eating low caloric foods instead of skipping meals is also very important. Also drink lots of water to boost your metabolism. If you're already doing all of this, the easiest option that's left is to exercise, not more intensely, but for a bit longer, unless you handle eating less calories better than exercising (not my case heheh).

I know of a few people who lost weight fairly easily just giving up refined/added sugar and processed foods, opting for food items that have 6 or less ingredients, all natural ingredients. That's where I'm starting on my path to Paleo. Lost 5 lbs in the first 2 weeks.
