Back to pre birthday and vacation weight. I honestly have no idea how though, I've been feeling like I'm starving the past few days and have definitely gone over my RDI. Hopefully my hunger will readjust itself.
I've been using hello fresh, and while the meals are more convenient to cook, they wrap up the whole thing in one calorie number, so sometimes I eat like 2/3 of a "portion" so calories aren't completely crazy. Most of the time this is ok, because I've been full, but so hungry this week!!! 😶
We'll see how this holds off until Friday where I do my measurements. I'm sure the amount of running has helped, but my food intake cannot be sustainable 😬
