Went to swim at the beach yesterday for 1 to 1.5hr, well, not very fast swimming, just slowly stepping water and frog style swim. Felt pretty good!! and this morning, certain part of my body muscle are sore!!!! Great!! However, I cooked chinese dish at cousin's home last night, even though they are beef stir fry with celery, garlic shoot with pork stir fry+ oil spicy shichuan fish with bean sprout&lettucs, I did ate a bit more than I should... Not full or anything, but it's pretty oily and I ate with rice... emm, should I say I half failed my temptation? lol Tongiht I'm gonna to train harder!!!! Bring it on Jiaojiao!
