i wouldn't worry about anything even beyond 5lbs up or down. At a .2 fluctuation, I can absolutely guarantee you it's just water weight. I yo-yo up and down 5-6lbs everyday. The common misconception is that every change of number is gaining or losing weight. lol it's really not. On a day to day basis, don't even bother with the number. Just focus on how you feel and look and if and when you weigh, just do it weekly honestly and keep going strong
