Yesterday was really the first day on program. I was at 245 (hence the reluctance to weigh in the last few weeks) so 242.5 is an improvement. Today I need to repeat my mindful eating and continue to drink lots of water :)

110,0 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 10,9 kg. Aún para ir: 30,6 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

I am here. We just finished up car!! Still need to finish up directorship but things are reaching a turning point. Eating mostly oon plan but I find myself slippng too much, some days.
