my doctor was an angel and warned me that depo is the worst for weight gain...so i dodged a bullet there. You really are doing good tho. a plateau is annoying to say the least, but i think if you just maintain your healthy eating, doing an extra burst of exercise every so often, you should just push on through. And unless you are keeping track of your fat content also, its quite possible that your fat has gone down, but muscle mass built a bit...its enough to keep that number the same on the scale, BUT still doing good for your body! be proud you are doing great!
