Went to friend's home swim last night, the swimming pool isn't big enough, so it's kinda lots of breaks in between. I guess I swam about 30mins in total, then sauna a bit. Had dinner with them as well, yummy chicken vegetable pasta in tomato sauce is pretty good and light, but not the pork chops I have say..even though it's steamed, i ate way too much.. i think maybe about 7 or 8 pieces.. maybe that's why my weight didn't go down, but went up a bit again... It's okey, I try not to be affected by the figures on the scale so much, I can see the changes on my body from my exercises, and i will keep doing it. No matter what! This is my life, my body, so it's my rules that to be follow. I decided to be heathier and happier by having a better life. Nobody can change this, nobody can stay on top of me and say any negative words about me and my life, even though my parents!
