Worked my butt off yesterday, got a lot done, a lot left to do. Don't know if it will be today though. I'm stiff and I have no more space in the bins. Might price a haul away. Battled birds of paradise - the regular size and the giants. Filthy, hard work. I like doing it sometimes. I'm lucky enough to have a desk job, but it's always good to get some manual labor in there to remember just how blessed I am. I also enjoy it, although I'm hard pressed for enough time to make this yard look as spectacular as it should with my work schedule. One day. I will be swimming today, I need that movement to keep the soreness at bay tomorrow. Didn't make it out with my friend last night, we'll try again tonight. Upside is that I washed my hair and gave it a trim. Doesn't look horrible this morning, I can quit fixating on split ends, so good enough. I think I'm at the limit for length, it kept falling out of the elastic and that was the trigger.
No adventures, no pics, just work. Although I swear that I left two rings in the shower last night. First one from washing the hair, the second from washing the dirt off the rest of me. Was hoping I'd gotten tan Nope, just dirt. Always fun to wrap up a long hard day by having to clean the tub of your own filth. That was why I didn't just jump in the pool. Didn't want that in my pristine waters.
