Losing great weight! this diet is really great and it really motivates you. I have a urge for beer though. i wont drink regular but can i drink zero alcohol beer? or that's a no no?

Does zero calorie beer exist? I don't drink alcohol, so not very familiar, but I thought most alcohol/liquor has calories.

If you are doing Atkins, you should check the carbs in it. You could also look for lower carb beers and plan to have a couple every once and while and still lose.

According to my reasearch, also if you search here in fatsecret.com non alcoholic beer has 13 grams of carbs but it doesn't explain here it comes from. So i think i won't drink beer, at leats for another two weeks!
