Sorry to hear you are having such a rough time with that Laura. I'll pray for you to have strength so you can get it under control. You have to do this for yourself sweetie. Try to get all the things right out of the house that you know are bothersome foods for you. Stock up on all the Atkins safe foods and if you should overdo, you will overdo on the safe foods for you. Hope things get better for you. Just remember "YOU ARE WORTH IT". Hang in there. You've done so well in the past, I know you can do it again. Much love and huge HUGS for you.:):)
