:( I was behaving very good the whole week, except saturday... I think the saturday ruined my whole week. Very sad.
75,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

One day cannot ruin your whole week. It might appear that way on the scale if you had a lot of carbs and you are retaining water weight but that should subside very quickly.

Agreed one day won't make a huge difference. My theory is to average everything over the week. If you have a day that is over your goal just adjust some for a few days. It's accumulated over time that is what counts.

Thanks both, I was really sad and unwilling to believe that you can actually gain 600 grs. in one day. Perhaps if you eat sooooo much and so fat food for a whole day? but in my case I overate at night, and I didn0t even ate that bad I think - at least not for 600grs. Well I'll give it some days and hope it goes down again.

You would have to consume all the calories you need to sustain your weight plus an additional 3500 calories to equate to one pound of real fat gain. I am fairly confident one person could not do that in one day without some serious effort :-). We can only move forward from here though, and I think its going to be another good week!
