😒 well I’ve really fallen off the bandwagon of eating. 😫 sabotage!!! Totally comfort ate this last week & a half. The scale I’ve been avoiding doesn’t lie and I stepped on it today. Can’t keep my head in the sand forever!

When I look back - the little red arrows start flooding in at the start of school. And then there was a period where I stopped weighing to avoid the reality of my trajectory.

School is stressful & complicated & exhausting. All the structure & planning & timing irritate me. And then, since I can’t stop the machine of school, I cease all structure & planning & timing in the other areas of life - namely taking care of myself in the form of eating.

So I’m taking a step of change to right thr ship.
