I passed up lol aches and donuts in the break room this morning. I went back to get a cup of ice at lunch and I walked away from them again. I am proud of myself!

When I worked (nurse in a hospital) there were always pastries, cakes, donuts around as well as food at least a couple times a week. I finally just learned to say no thank you, period. If it was something I really wanted to try I would go buy it on a day off and sit down and leisurely enjoy it and not gobble up something cold and dry just because it was free and there.
