Darn it! I just don't seem to be able to keep things on track. I have a new resolve. I am going to try to eat 1600 cals of mostly alkaline foods and work out at least 5 X a week. I will aim at 15 miles a week. My goal is 132 pounds!!!!! I want to lose 2 pounds a week! So that is going to take me about 4 weeks. Here I go!
