Down again, which is good. Yesterday I did some time in the gym. Dunno if I can today, since my schedule is pretty packed, but I've got plenty of opportunities from tomorrow on.
I'm now at my lowest weight in a quarter-century and proceeding onwards as steadily and carefully as I can. I've now lost, over the past 11 months, as much as I weighed when I was 22.
It's 20 days to the anniversary of the day when I decided to change the course of my life and begin to shed the weight and the fat that was holding me down. Onwards!
