No weight loss in the past few weeks. Just up and down, up and down. I am on the fence about losing the last few because I don’t think my body wants me to eat any less and that is probably the next step. I am going to try and see if with certain foods I can be satisfied on less calories, say 250 less for a half pound a week. But if not, I’m not going to starve myself. I’m just going to be happy with me the way I am (minor extra flab especially on the thighs and all) and will continue to eat healthy and work out for fitness. Maybe my workouts will eventually hack away at that flab as my fitness increases along with fitness goals. I like to count my calories to keep me on point but I also value my body’s intuition. I’m just trying to be clear about what is my intuition and what is just food (/beer :) cravings. Have a great day FS friends.
