Diario de Teddy, 19 jun. 07

I had been hesitating to weigh in because I wanted to make sure I was at or below my goal weight. I have been 168, 169 and 170 today, but never more than 170, which was after dinner. My current goal is continue with phase one for the full 2 weeks to bring my weight down a couple more pounds (by loosing belly flab). Then continue with phase 1.5 to gain back the weight in muscle.
77,1 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 4,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: 100%.
Perdiendo 1,6 kg a la Semana
