I’ve been adding walking briskly for ten minutes (down my driveway and back) each day with three laps today and the “7 min workout “ after: needing to move and strengthen my body. I’ve also been conscious of adding protein I’m such a toast lover! I’ve also cut out coffee, adding substantial greens to two meals and flax for my delightful phase of life: balance hormones
