Yesterday was such a beautiful day! Worked in the yard until I thought I would drop and then worked some more. Dont understand the 1/2 gain, but am still well within my range. My goal wt. was 145 but I wanted a cushion of 5 lbs. Now 136 is all I will allow as my high wt. Another beautiful day in the neighborhood...cant wait to get it started!
