Slept 4.8hrs last night. To bed 230am. Awake 715am. I began clearing out my closet at 100am last night. I think I'll be needing an afternoon nap today. Last evening I pulled out bags of clothes: labeled summer-too small, or winter-too small. Then I went through my current closet of summer clothes and many of them are too big. I put them in donation box, as this time I am not going to keep them in a bag labelled 'Big clothes'. It was a real work-out, for 1.5 hours as I was sitting on bed to put the clothes on (as balance is poor) and standing to see myself in the mirror... up and down like a yo-yo. Another work in progress. Breakfast: Red River Cereal Porridge, raspberries, flax, yogurt, decaf Lunch: Hot & Sour soup (from dried), romano beans Supper:2 cobs corn, cauliflower & salsa, banana
