I thought I might have stalled, as travel added calories (CURSE YOU FAST FOOD LATE NIGHT PLACES!) and less chances to really get in a good workout. Glad to see weight loss continue, and as I got in my first regular full workout yesterday in 3 days, I was surprised at how easy it seemed - which means it must be time to increase reps!
