My food this week was not as I would have liked. Stressful week at work. Too many carbs and had a lot of cravings that I couldn't seem to control. But light movement is still a good thing. Happy even with small change in weight. Will have to work a little harder this week.
85 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6 kg.    Aún para ir: 23 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
