I am pleased because I gained some weight when I went to Boston this past week for my sons graduation from Harvard University. Came back and got right back on track. Wed and Thurs doing a 2 detox and cleanse drinking only liquid will be back on phase I starting tommrow Friday.

Working fantastically. Just purchased and received a new 2007 Nordik Trak elliptical machine awesome to have my own at home. Doing hip hop abs level 2 Cardio and fat burning alternating every other day and elliptical for 20 to 30 min each evening workout tape in the morn b4 work.

77,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 9,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
