Diario de putnaml, 13 jun. 07

Broke it Friday, had burger and fries and broke it tuesday for one meal. Havent worked out at all since last weigh in 6 days ago but still lost 5 pounds. Still on phase one. Can't seem to go to phase 2 because I am loosing so much on this phase
81,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 22,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

I'm also on phase 1, for almost two weeks, and I'm considering not moving to phase 2 until I lose all the weight I want. Maybe I'll start taking a multi-vitamin to make sure I get all the nutrients I need.
