So I weighed myself in on Tuesday and gain a pound. Felt kind of sad at first, but realized it's going to take a daily almost moment to moment effort to change some of my eating habits.
So with that said! Toward the 7-day No More Excuses Challenge, I am going to eat foods for 7 days that I would cook or make for myself. For instance, last night I ate left over apple pie, which Fletcher ordered from Buca De Beppo. Would I normally bake that for myself and eat it? No.
Why did I eat it? Because it was just sitting in the fridge. Was I hungry? No. Okay! I got it out of my system. No more excuses!
