Well, I'm taking the plunge and decided not to drink during the week unless invited out by friends, and even then to STAY AWAY FROM BEER! IPA is so delicious but I don't think it's worth the 200 or so calories per pint.
I really do love my glass of wine with dinner but I want to see if cutting it out helps at all.
I've lost 3 inches around my waist since December... just gotta keep going and the weight loss will come (I hope).
