Day 5 (plus a weigh in because I cannot wait 7 days)
Yay! I know a lot of this is the low carb flush of liquids but honestly I don't mind feeling less bloaty. Less boat, less fat, less weight. As long as I look and feel better that's all that matters.
We are now onto the most challenging days of the week. It's going to be 85 degrees and there is a boat involved in the plans and some drinking. As long as I'm smart and I don't overdo everything will be fine. I may even fill in the boyfriend on the weightloss journey if things get too tempting. Honestly I probably will because I have zero filter and I tell him everything. Even things a boyfriend shouldn't and doesn't want to hear I totally tell him. He still talks to me. Honestly I'm shocked too!
Now I'm off! I may update later. I will probably be too distracted by ducks though. Ducks are adorable and I want one. I will put him in my pond and call him Kevin. He will be my baby and I will love him and hug him and feed him and probably put a halter on him so I can take him on the boat. All the boat dogs will be jealous of our boat duck. It's a really good thing ducks are hard to catch. Also even though the boyfriend says he is pro boat duck I secretly suspect he is humoring me.
