Well, today marks day 1 of month 2 on this diet, and to date I've lost a total of 15 lbs...13 of which I dropped in the first 2 weeks. The second 2 weeks has obviously gone a lot slower, but progress is still being made.
So, overall, I'm pleased with this Atkins WOE, and plan to stick with it for the long haul.
PS. I got a very pleasant surprise from my hubby and son. Valentine's Day cards, a teddy bear hugging a vase with red roses, and a gift certificate to my favorite spa/salon. Since I have to work on the actual holiday, they surprised me by celebrating early. Yep, today is a very good day. :)
