Diario de Phoebe_98, 21 may. 21

I've stopped calorie counting today for the next week because I've got a ton of anxiety/stress. I've recently began to obsess over my weight and saw food for its calories (numbers) and not for its benefits. Got ALOT to focus on in personal life as well. I'm practicing mindful eating instead and focusing more on my out put at gym. I'm not giving up, just going over some bumps in my journey. Will still update my weight.
