Hello. As of January 15, I am 305 pounds. Yay! It is my goal to be down to 299 by February 17, God willing. I visited a nutritionist in November and provided her with my food log. She said that I was on track with the foods that I am eating. I stick to my oatmeal with baked apples. That's sliced apples,virgin coconut oil,cinnamon,ground cloves and walnuts. The apples are naturally sweetened by their own juice which is yummy.
For my dinners, I try to have just my protein and a salad or some kind of stir fry. If I do decide to have a treat, I will only do the serving size. My hubby buys me Skinny Cow ice cream which are the best.But,I only go to those if I want something sweet. My children usually eat the most of it. I make sure to drink water all day especially before and after meals.
