P90X Shoulders & Arms this morning.

Felt like a badass, really been pushing myself on the workouts this week and it's been awesome. The soreness has returned, but nothing like it was in week 1 where I could barely function for a few days.

Totally crushed Ab Ripper X this morning too, did every rep in every exercise except for the hip raises and the pulse ups, just ran out of steam. The Fifer Scissors were brutal, I was taking breaks every 4-5 reps, but I got all 25 in. And, for the icing on the cake, I did all FIFTY Mason Twists!

OOOHHH YEAHHHH!!!!!

Nice, "keep pressing play..." I think Tony Horton is humorous and motivating. Good job, it's a great feeling after getting it done. KEEP BRINGING IT!!!
