Think I may not be able to tolerate the Canadian bacon in my one recipe. Three times I've eaten it and I've had problems with it in every case. I was surprised to see 213 on the scale today! Delighted is more the case...lol. I'm making a concerted effort to get in all my protein, but I feel full all the time. It's difficult to get in all my liquids. Gonna work on that this week.
