Staying the course. Had a substantial breakfast yesterday and ate light the rest of the day. I went back to January 14th as that's the day I decided to take off the weight (again). I didn't start weighing until the 19th, but I think I was probably about 175.0 on the 14th, so I entered that in History and all the days that I hadn't entered data. I've definitely lost 4.5 lbs since the 19th and possibly 6 lbs since the 14th.
