day 10: weird day yesterday with some not so diet friendly eating habits, but I had a gastro bug and didn't feel like eating at all. Still way under the RDI so its not all bad, and it was nice to eat a sandwich. Still not quite right today but improving. the weight drop was to be expected and tomorrow may be up a little, we will see - if not I might order a gastro bug once a week LOL
