Break from rigorous tracking and deficit...added sugar and carbs. Trying to get back on horse...but not in a rush. Happy and hopeful weight gain is only water. Not sure break was worth it...but just a bump in the journey. Not sure to deep dive on OMAD but do 20/4. Nice that time change happened...Love the daylight. Summer is Coming!
