Hello Dheimer, thank you for the comments on my journal. You are at your low for the year, excellent work in getting back down. Also, you seem to have touched 190 several times over the past 12 months or so, if you hang in there and break down through it into the 180s this time, I think you will be well onto the final stretch to reaching your goal weight. Keep up the great work!
